Coleman-Snow completed the redesign and construction management of the US Highway 278 road widening project in Beaufort County which was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. We are currently managing all Utility Relocations on the largest relocation project in the state, the Palmetto Parkway, Phase II. We have two projects underway for The Town of Hilton Head Island including the design, utility coordination and construction management for Mathews Drive and the roundabout intersection improvements for Squire Pope and Gumtree roads. Billy Coleman, President of Coleman-Snow, is dedicated to providing excellent service and insists on providing reliable and capable employees to fulfill the needs of each project. He acted as the Resident Construction Engineer for the Ashley Phosphate/I-26 Road Widening project which was awarded a 2006 Engineering Excellence Award Issued by ACEC.
